ABOUT ME

I am from Caracas, Venezuela and I came to the USA in June 1972 hired to work at the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington DC. There I had the opportunity to share with professionals from 45 different countries for more than 20 years, which made it easy for me to learn and enjoy the differences between our different countries. 

I have had the opportunity to visit Madrid, Barcelona, ​​La Spezia, Genoa, Rome, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Rio de Janeiro, Lima, Panama. 

Since 2002 I have focused on the field of financing and buying and selling real estate. I enjoy sharing with my clients the investment opportunities that Florida offers. Whether it is vacation homes, investment, or your main home, my goal is to advise you on obtaining the best results for your personal situation. 

I work with professionals who are experts in everything related to the field of real estate: credit, financing, programs for first time buyers, attorneys, title companies, etc. We work as a team in order to make the transaction as efficient and pleasant as possible. 

I enjoy advising my local and international clients on all aspects related to buying and selling real estate. 

I am a member of the Sarasota Real Estate Association (RASM), the National Real Estate Association (NAR), Gulf Hispanic Association, Sarasota Police Department Community Program, and others. 

Soy de Caracas, Venezuela y llegué a USA en junio de 1972 contratada para trabajar en el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo en Washington DC . Alli tuve la oportunidad de compartir con profesionales de 45 diferentes países por más de 20 años, lo cual me facilitó aprender y disfrutar las diferencias entre nuestros diferentes países.

He tenido la oportunidad de visitar Madrid, Barcelona, ​​La Spezia, Génova, Roma, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Rio de Janeiro, Lima, Panamá. 

Desde 2002 me concentró en el campo de financiamiento y compra-venta de bienes raíces. Disfruto compartiendo con mis clientes las oportunidades de inversión que ofrece Florida. Bien sea casas vacacionales, inversión, o su casa principal, mi objetivo es asesorarle en obtener los mejores resultados para su situación personal.

Trabajo con profesionales expertos en todo lo relacionado al campo de bienes raíces: crédito, financiamiento, programas para primeros compradores, abogados, compañías de título, etc. Trabajamos en equipo con el objeto de hacer las transacciones lo más eficiente y agradable posible.
